Everything. Genuinely. This isn’t a corporate inbox routed through three assistants — it’s me, in Seattle, reading every message that comes in.
What I respond to
- Questions about specific machines I’ve reviewed: yes, usually within a few days
- Corrections, clarifications, factual errors: yes, immediately
- Disagreements with my recommendations: yes, especially these — I’d rather know if I got something wrong
- Requests to syndicate, translate, or quote content beyond a brief excerpt: yes, see Terms of Use
- PR pitches, sponsored content offers, link insertion requests: no — and please don’t follow up
What I’m slow on
If you ask me to recommend a specific machine for your specific situation, I’ll try, but it might take a week. There are usually a lot of these, and the good answer requires reading what you’ve sent carefully rather than firing off a model name.
If you don’t hear back within two weeks, it probably went to spam. Send a follow-up with a different subject line and I’ll find it.
