Affiliate Disclosure

by adm9

Better Coffee Days is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.

What this means in plain English

When you click on certain links on this site and make a purchase, I may earn a small commission – at no additional cost to you. The price you pay is exactly the same whether you use my link or go to the retailer directly.

These commissions help me cover the cost of running this site (hosting, domain, the occasional new piece of equipment to test) and keep the content free to read, with no paywall or sponsored placements masquerading as reviews.

How this affects what I write

It doesn’t.

I want to be direct about this because affiliate disclosure pages often gloss over it: the existence of a commission does not change which products I recommend, how I rank them, or what I say about their flaws. I write about machines I’d genuinely recommend to a friend – and the ones I wouldn’t, with reasons.

If a machine I’m reviewing isn’t worth the money, I’ll say so. If a cheaper machine outperforms a more expensive one in the categories most readers care about, I’ll say that too – even when the cheaper machine pays a smaller commission. There are reviews on this site where I actively recommend against buying the higher-priced option.

If I add other affiliate programs in the future, I’ll list them here.

Questions

If you have questions about how I make money from this site, or if you think a specific recommendation reads as biased, get in touch through the Contact page. I read everything.
